Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 1/2 cup oil (vegetable or canola oil)

• 1 teaspoon milk

• 1 large egg

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 cup canned pumpkin

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 2 teaspoons baking powder

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate

DIRECTIONS

1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, or spray very lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Add sugar and oil to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.

3. Add egg, milk, pumpkin and vanilla and mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.

4. Add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips to the wet ingredients stir, just until incorporated.

5. Drop by large spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.

6. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.

7. Serve and enjoy!

1. Add 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream to a pint glass

2. Top with a pumpkin beer of choice

3. Add a dash of cinnamon

AUTUMN APPLE SANGRIA

Serves: 12-15

INGREDIENTS:
– 5 cinnamon sticks
– 4 apples, chopped (4 medium or 5 small)
– 2 oranges, sliced into thin rounds
– 2 bottles Red Blend wine of choice
– 3-1/2 cups apple cider
– 1 cup brandy
– 1/2 cup orange juice
– 1/4 cup superfine sugar
– juice from 1 lemon
– 2 cups club soda or ginger ale

Optional extras:
– cinnamon-sugar, for rimming glasses
– tall cinnamon sticks for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the wine, apple cider, brandy, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Mix in the chopped apples, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks.

Refrigerate for 4-6 hours, or up to overnight. Add club soda (or ginger ale) just before serving.

For added flair, rim glasses with cinnamon sugar and garnish with a tall cinnamon stick.

INGREDIENTS + INSTRUCTIONS

• 1 scoop Vanilla Spice Protein Complete

• 1/2 banana

• 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

• 1 tsp. (or more) cinnamon

• 8 oz. milk of your choice

• 1 cup ice

Add all the ingredients in the blender + blend until smooth. YUM! For the adults, add a shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream and you have a boozy shake to enjoy!

Apple Cider Moscow Mule

We are big fans of Moscow Mules but sometimes you need to shake things up a bit. Try adding apple cider to your Moscow Mule to give it a hint of fall that everyone will love.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Ginger beer

• 1.5 oz Vodka

• 2 oz Apple Cider

• 0.5 oz Lime juice, fresh squeezed

• Ice

• Apple slices for garnish

• Cinnamon stick for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

• Squeeze the lime into a copper mug.

• Add desired ice.

• Add apple cider, vodka, and ginger beer.

• Stir to mix.

• Garnish with apple slice, lime slice + cinnamon stick.

• Serve + enjoy!

Birthday Cake Mimosas!

Today is Amy’s 29th birthday! To celebrate, we are sharing with you a fun twist on a classic mimosa that will make any birthday a little more fun! Because cake + ice cream is great and mimosas are great…so why not combine the two?!

INGREDIENTS (serves 4)

• Vanilla frosting, for rimming

• Sprinkles, for rimming

• Vanilla ice cream

• 8 oz. Birthday Cake vodka (if you can’t find birthday cake, try vanilla or even regular!)

• 1 (750-ml) bottle sparkling rosé

DIRECTIONS

1. Use a knife to spread a thin layer of frosting around the rim of 4 champagne flutes. Place sprinkles on a plate and dip rim in sprinkles, pressing to coat.

2. Scoop ice cream into champagne flutes, then add 2 ounces of vodka to each of four glasses and top off with sparkling rosé.

3. Serve + enjoy!
