INGREDIENTS + INSTRUCTIONS
1 scoop Vanilla Spice Protein Complete
1/2 banana
1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tsp. (or more) cinnamon
8 oz. milk of your choice
1 cup ice
Add all the ingredients in the blender + blend until smooth. YUM! For the adults, add a shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream and you have a boozy shake to enjoy!
